The portfolio

The flowwww portfolio does not require an account and does not ask you to submit personal information. The hosting infrastructure may process routine technical information, such as IP address, browser type, and request logs, to deliver and protect the site.

Who’s Down

Who’s Down stores information people choose to enter so a plan can work. This can include names, an activity, location, notes, date and time, RSVP status, preferred time, guest counts, optional skill levels, team assignments, and payment handles for paid events.

Plan information is shared with people who have the event link and some active-plan details may appear in the Current Plans view. Host links allow changes to a plan and should be treated as private. Who’s Down does not process payments; it only displays payment instructions supplied by a host.

Do not enter sensitive personal information that is not needed to organize the event.

Cut Off

Cut Off does not require an account. The game may use browser storage to remember local puzzle progress and preferences on your device.

Advertising and cookies

Google AdSense is not currently active on these sites. Before advertising is enabled, this notice will be updated with the relevant cookie and data-use disclosures, and required consent controls will be added.

Service providers

The sites rely on hosting and infrastructure providers to serve pages, store application data, and protect the services. Information may be processed by those providers only as needed to operate the sites or comply with legal obligations.

Your choices

You can avoid submitting information to Who’s Down, decline an invitation, or use the event’s Unconfirm option to move an RSVP out of the confirmed list. Browser storage used by Cut Off can be cleared through your browser settings.

For a privacy question or a data-related request, use the contact page. Do not include private event details in a public GitHub issue.
