The idea
Cut Off starts with an ordinary image and removes the comfortable context around it. What remains might look obvious, unfamiliar, or completely different. The challenge is to look closely and rebuild the missing context.
How it works
- One new visual puzzle each day.
- A tightly cropped real-world photo as the clue.
- Three tries to find the hidden word.
- An archive for returning to earlier puzzles.
A short daily ritual
The rules stay deliberately small so the image can do the work. No account, no long session, and no maze of modes. Just a scene, a guess, and the moment when the context clicks.
